All Sales Final:

For sanitary reasons, all beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging


We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Refunds (If Approved):

If a refund is approved


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
